3027 is from 2010, but this is not important. There are two reasons for these differencies:
1) 3009 is one of the last Solaris trolleybuses built with motor in the rear and electric equipment located in the "tower". Until 2005 all Solaris trolleybuses were built in this way, but then the first vehicles were built with traction motor located between axles on the left side (La Chaux-de-Fonds) with no tower and all equipment on the roof. Following intermediate period, during which some were built with tower (Kaunas, Gdynia) and some without it (Opava, Lublin, Tallinn), since 2008 all vehicles are built with this new arrangement. This покривка hides just the motor.
2) The small rear window is to be seen on recent trolleybuses in Gdynia (32 units from 2009-2013) and Tychy (nos. 25-39 built 2012-2013). In these trolleybuses additional traction batteries are located in the rear and they had to prepare a bigger compartment for them. All other trolleybuses have "normal" windows.
It is interesting that the new articulated trolleybuses with batteries for Lublin have also "normal" windows and tower:
