Yeah! If I compare it with the three buses that could be the ones (2126-2128 (these were NZH* Multibuses, with low floor and entrance for wheelchairs)), I think that it is the 2126, because of the "black and white little round" in the middle of the bumper.

If you may have the oppurtunity to look at the VIN, or building number or something like that, I would be very pleased!

*NZH was one of the companies that later formed Connexxion with some other companies.

Ok no problem a will look for the VIN but this denoudsten is wery short and hawe only 20 seets but is wery good bus wery good

Hugo, did you know that there's nothing to worry about Den Oudsten production as far as public transport is concerned Recently RTK (a company from Elin Pelin, a small town near Sofia) have bought a Den Oudsten B95 chassis, and with the help of Tramcar's engineering and technique this chassis was turned into a half-low-floor trolleybus prototype. It is still to be on duty, but it ran some test tours to the Sofia suburbs and everything seemed OK. We hope to see the first Bulgarian trolleybus based on B95 chassis soon!

Hi! Yes I knew about this and I was very, very surprised to see a 'new' Den Oudsten trolleybus, actually the very first Alliance trolleybus! Very cool!
Hope to see this bus soon on the roads!
(It's a B96 by the way (B95 is high floor/B96 low floor), as an attachtment another B96 dieselbus.

Yeah, my mistake!
Hope this trolleybus lasts longer than the rest Tramkars (2002-2004, aka. Cobras) which have a lot of problems, especially with electronics...

Yesterday I saw the only Den Oudsten Alliance LPG witch is still in service in Holland, for Kwibus, a 'fun bus company'.

Is there any reason to believe that there are coming more Den Oudsten B96's like the Eridantrans 5031 towards Bulgaria? This because of the fact that all these buses are now all of a sudden sold, after standing for sale for more then two years...

I haven't heard about new delivery of Den Oudstens for Sofia. In fact Eridantrans (the private operator that use Den Oudstens) has already unsure future as an operator in Sofia. At least it should supply newly built buses in order to participate in a new auction for concession. But used Den Oudtens may appear in other cities in Bulgaria.

I've now heard that the buses were sold to Tuzla, so that's in the right direction, but not really Bulgaria...
One of the buses, the 2206 is attached. The name of the street 'Vrijheid' means freedom, I'm not sure if the bus will get this in Tuzla, but we will see...

By the way, are the Den Oudstens still in Sofia, or are they gone?

First, we see it on the Plovdiv International Fair.May be two weeks ago it has been seen in one of Sofia's trollleybus depots.And the newest information that appeared was about 10-day test with passengers in Vratza- in fact first test with passengers in service.The test is planed with the begining of the new year.Serial production is still unsure.

Very nice to read And if someone should see the bus in passenger-service...I would be very happy to see a shot of it

I will be in Bulgaria in April and I hope to spot the Alliance-trolley then...

Well, that's of course very nice. I will be there with a busdriver and we will specially come over there to find some former Dutch buses. So we will take a trip, I guess by car, in a few days through Bulgaria. Before that we have already visited Romania, so the memory cards of our digital camera's could be jammed with Dutch buses already
